Returns & Refund – Khattak Collection

At Khattak Collection, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a delightful shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free returns and refund policy.

Return Policy:

Eligibility for Return:
- You can return any unstitched item purchased from Khattak Collection within 15 days of receiving it.
- The item must be unused, unstitched, and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in its original packaging, with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Stitched or altered products.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at 03361992259 or email us at mzahidkhattak96@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return is approved, please ship the product back to us at the following address:
  Shop no Lsb 11 12, Gulfcenter, Murree Road, Rawalpindi.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Approval:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via phone or email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Policy:

Refund Processing:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
- For payments made via Easy Paisa/Jazzcash, the refund will be transferred back to the same account number.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to customer mishandling.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account or mobile wallet again.
- Then contact your bank or mobile wallet provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 03361992259 or mzahidkhattak96@gmail.com.
