3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be the final price.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Easy Paisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers to Meezan Bank and Bank Al Habib. All payment details are provided during the checkout process.

4. Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order cannot be canceled as it will already be in the processing stage.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and product weight.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy: We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
